 Hypothesis in a Research

It's a mere assumption statements

For example we believe , doing exercises daily leads to Healthy life..

Based on the above assumption,

I framed two hypothesis,

There is a significant relationship between doing exercises daily and healthy life

Another one

There is no significant relationship between doing exercises daily and healthy life

These two statements we called as alternative hypothesis or Research Hypothesis and Null Hypothesis respectively..

In my research,am going to test this hypothesis and derive a solution..

Hence, hypothesis helps me to do the research effectively..
